Property We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Services on your own devices for lawful entertainment purposes only. All content, software, trademarks, and technology remain our sole property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform. You are liable for any unauthorized use and must notify us immediately if you suspect misuse by others.
Account Creation & Responsibilities
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age in your jurisdiction) and reside in a country where online gambling is permitted. The Services are prohibited in the United States, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Australia, Cyprus, Spain, Austria, Comoros, Germany, Sweden, the Dutch West Indies (including Aruba, Curaçao, and others), all FATF-blacklisted nations, sanctioned jurisdictions, and any location where the Curaçao or Anjouan authorities deem online gambling illegal. We may refuse service to additional territories at our discretion.
3.2 Registration
To play for real money, you need a single account created with accurate, complete details (full legal name, email, phone, etc.). We verify information and may request corrections only for genuine errors. Keep login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account. Employees, former staff, affiliates, and their families are barred from registering. Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, pledged, or shared.
3.3 Security & Fair Play
Enable two-factor authentication when offered. Report suspected cheating, collusion, or unauthorized access immediately. We may void bets or close accounts if we detect:
Influence over event outcomes;
Rule circumvention;
Illegal activity affecting results;
Odds manipulation via announcements;
Technical errors; or
Mistaken bet acceptance.
Duplicate accounts opened by the same person, device, or payment method will be closed, with transactions canceled.
3.4 Player Warranties
By registering, you confirm:
You meet age and jurisdictional requirements;
You play for personal entertainment only;
All provided data is true and will be updated;
You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on winnings;
Deposited funds are legally obtained;
You accept the risk of loss;
You will not engage in fraud, collusion, or use prohibited software/VPNs;
Payment methods belong solely to you;
You will maintain courteous behavior;
You will not mask your location.
Account Closure
Request closure anytime via support, canceling open bets first. Permanent closures last 30 days, after which reactivation is possible. We may close accounts without notice, refunding withdrawable balances minus fees. Unused bonuses expire after one month. Fraudulent or bonus-abusing accounts face suspension and forfeiture.
Deposits
Real-money play requires deposits via approved methods in your name only. Funds must be legal and unconnected to crime; we may request source-of-funds proof. No interest is paid, and we are not a bank. Minimum/maximum limits and processing times vary. Third-party or business-account deposits are invalid. Report payment-detail changes promptly. No chargebacks allowed. Cryptocurrency deposits must use current wallet addresses provided by support.
Bets
Bets are limited to available balance. You are solely responsible for understanding game rules and accept all losses. Daily win cap: €100,000 (or equivalent). We set min/max stakes and may reject or void wagers due to errors, obvious mistakes, or market deviations.
Withdrawals
First withdrawals may require KYC verification. Requests process after wagering requirements are met; bonus funds and aborted games are non-withdrawable. Minimum withdrawal: €100. Daily limit: €1,000; weekly: €2,000. Processing usually within three banking days but may extend. Only one pending request per method and one per 24 hours. Erroneous credits remain our property and must be reported. No refunds for consumed gameplay.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses are discretionary and carry specific rules. Activate carefully; wagering applies before withdrawal. Max win from any bonus: 10× the bonus amount. Certain games are excluded or contribute less. Only one active bonus at a time. Max bet with bonus: €2. Sports bonuses require minimum odds of 2.0 and are restricted to sports betting; live-casino bonuses to live games only. Non-deposit bonuses cap winnings at €100 or 2× bonus (whichever is higher) and require a deposit to cash out. Bonus abuse (multi-accounting, minimal-risk wagering, etc.) leads to forfeiture and account closure.

Prohibited Conduct
The following violate these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, fund forfeiture, and reporting to authorities:
False KYC data;
Using others’ identities/payment methods;
Collusion or cheating;
Exploiting bugs;
Chargebacks;
VPN/proxy use;
Multi-accounting;
Underage access;
Money laundering;
Any illegal act.
Software Errors & Malfunctions
Bets during errors are void. We correct mistakes, reclaim overpayments, and are not liable for disruptions. Refunds are discretionary.
Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Total liability is capped at the lower of the relevant bet value or €500. Force majeure excuses non-performance. You indemnify us against claims arising from your use.
Responsible Gambling
Gamble only what you can afford to lose. Set budgets and time limits. Self-exclude via support@privecasino-uk.com if needed; accounts stay inactive for the chosen period (minimum 30 days for permanent requests). Open bets settle normally. You cannot shorten self-exclusion or open new accounts during the term.
Privacy
We collect name, email, DOB, address, ID, device/IP data, etc., for verification, service delivery, security, marketing, and legal compliance. Data is processed lawfully; you consent by using the site. Request deletion when no longer required, subject to retention obligations.
Complaints
First contact live chat or support. We aim to resolve within two weeks (complex cases up to eight). Escalate to complaints@privecasino-uk.com within seven days of the issue. Final decisions rely on official sources or back-office logs. Claims must be raised promptly (7–30 days depending on type) and are non-transferable.
Governing Law & Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by Curaçao law; disputes fall under the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba. English version prevails. No partnership is created. Invalid provisions do not affect others. We may assign rights; you may not. Non-enforcement does not waive rights.
